In 2021, I struggled through postpartum myself. Anxious, fearful, overwhelmed, and sleep deprived. My eyes were opened to the lack of support for new mothers here in the US.

Ever since my son came into the world I’ve been determined to help new mamas around me. Cooking them meals, listening to them process motherhood, doing their laundry/dishes, and providing them with resources they need.

They say it takes a village to raise a baby but I believe it takes a village to raise a mother.
