Unlimited phone and text support in WhatsApp from contract signing until 1 month postpartum
1 In-person prenatal meeting to discuss your birth plan, stages of labor, comfort measures and answer any questions you may have
1 In-person or virtual postpartum planning session focused on healing habits and practices for your body, optimizing sleep, nursery must haves, breastfeeding, and the importance of having intentional relationships with friends, family, partners and yourself.
Phone and text support during early labor and in-person support during active labor, delivery and 1 to 2 hours after birth to assist with baby’s first latch

We also create a more tranquil birth space by incorporating soft lighting, aromatherapy, and massage throughout your time at the birth center or hospital
We take many photos and videos during your birth to document the big day
1 In-home postpartum visit with your birth doula to discuss your birth story and exchange personalized tips and tricks for soothing, feeding, and sleeping
1 Virtual postpartum follow up to answer questions and get feedback about your support experience

One Virtual Prenatal Visit Where the Doula Can Get to Know About Your Family, Home, and Schedules
On-call 39 – 42 Weeks*
Extensive Notes Emailed Daily Regarding All Events Transpiring During Support As Well As Links to Useful Products and Recommendations

*If your baby arrives before the 3 week on call time frame, we will try our best to fulfill your dates as planned, but you may not have your primary doula supporting you during that time.

*We can provide awake doula care for an additional charge; however, our standard overnight doula care doesn’t include awake care. Doulas are expected to have a comfortable place to rest in the same room as your baby while they sleep.
