ABOUT ME

Eden became a doula following her own postpartum experience, with a newly discovered, deep-seated passion to work alongside families as they process everything that comes along with the fourth trimester. She is passionate about providing emotional and physical support to all members of growing families, especially the fur babies!

After practicing doula work for several years, Eden became a certified sleep consultant and aims to create an environment and foster a routine conducive to sleep from day one. She knows the value of maximizing nighttime sleep for both mother and baby and has extensive experience assisting families in promoting healthy sleep habits. Eden is dedicated to supporting mothers through their breastfeeding journeys and takes a personalized approach to meeting each family’s goals and needs.

As a mom of three, Eden knows how important this time is for everyone involved and loves to partner with families through the highs and lows of welcoming a new baby. She prides herself on an in-depth knowledge, high level of experience, and life passion for doula work. She hopes to someday become a licensed midwife, although she is prioritizing raising her three girls and working with postpartum families in this stage of life.
