ABOUT ME

Jessica sees each pregnancy and 4th trimester as a unique journey. She has been a Certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist since 2004. Over the years, she has had the honor and privilege of serving families in Idaho, Colorado and now Austin. She walks alongside families from pre-conception all the way through their postpartum transition. She is well versed in vaginal, VBAC and C- section deliveries. She has experience working with babies born prematurely, medically complex babies and high order multiples.

In the trenches of sleep issues with her then 13-month-old she decided it was the perfect time to expand her education and experience. In 2014, she became a Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping families gain restorative sleep and create healthy sleep habits even from birth.

When she isn’t helping families gain skills and confidence with their growing families, she loves to spend time with her own family. She is the mother to 5 daughters who range in age from 17 down to 2. She loves to hike and explore exciting new places. She lives for concerts, good food and the beach.
