Joy is an experienced and compassionate doula specializing in postpartum care. She is a North Carolina native, fiancé and mom of one little boy and 2 dogs.

Her own pregnancy/postpartum journey has fueled her passion to help families navigate the 4th trimester. Her goal is to provide families with the necessary tools and information so that they can make the best decisions for themselves and their baby.

In her spare time, she likes to make homemade snacks and meals for her family, read, and travel to different countries. She also has a BA degree in Criminal Justice.
