ABOUT ME

Since 2016, I’ve had the honor of supporting families through one of the most transformative times in life: the postpartum journey.

As a certified postpartum doula and CPR-certified caregiver, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every family I
serve.

With three children of my own, I know firsthand the joys
and challenges that come with welcoming a new baby.

My goal is to offer calm, compassionate support- whether that means helping with newborn care, offering guidance, or simply being a steady presence during
those early days at home.

When I’m not working with families, I love spending time outdoors with my own-exploring nature, staying active,
and soaking up the simple moments together.
