ABOUT ME

Stephanie(she/her), comes to Postpartum Doula work with a love for the empowering families in their support of mutual growth. She brings compassion and non-judgement to her practice and endeavors to provide each family with a loving, confident start of life together. She is inspired by the postpartum support she received after the birth of her first child and wishes to provide families with the same support as they heal and bond with their new baby and navigate big life changes.

Stephanie has experience as a former La Leche league member and homeschool mom of two. She has a deep connection with nature and is passionate about mindfulness. She is current Reiki Master Practitioner and meditates daily.
