- 1 In-person prenatal meeting to discuss your birth plan, stages of labor, comfort measures and answer any questions you may have
- 1 In-person or virtual postpartum planning session focused on healing habits and practices for your body, optimizing sleep, nursery must haves, breastfeeding, and the importance of having intentional relationships with friends, family, partners and yourself
- Phone and text support during early labor and in-person support during active labor, delivery and 1 to 2 hours after birth to assist with baby’s first latch
- We also create a more tranquil birth space by incorporating soft lighting, aromatherapy, and massage throughout your time at the birth center or hospital
