ABOUT ME

Kelsey has been working as a Birth Doula with Austin Birth Company since August of 2022. As a teenager, Kelsey had the incredible opportunity to support her mother during the births of her last two children. That experience demonstrated not only the power of birth, but the importance of a trained birth team. Kelsey’s passion for birth was ignited and has only grown since. When it came time for Kelsey to begin her journey as a mother, she knew the value of a good support system, and she knew she wanted to be part of that for other families.

Kelsey’s love for the birthing person and their family is apparent in every interaction as she brings compassion and a unique calming energy to the entire birth experience. Whether at home, in the hospital, or at a postpartum visit, Kelsey offers an unmatched level of care and kindness.

When Kelsey is not supporting birthing people, she is at home with her partner and rambunctious two-year-old son on their small hobby farm, milking cows, and tending to her garden.
